? Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations, with a robust focus on Service Cloud and Agentforce.
This is a hands-on architecture role where you will own end-to-end solution design, guide development teams, establish architecture standards, and translate complex business and service requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
? Key Responsibilities
Solution & Technical Architecture
Own end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce implementations.
Define data models, sharing/security architecture, integration patterns, and connected-system landscapes.
Drive a configuration-first, platform-native approach and evaluate build-vs-configure decisions.
Design scalable Case Management, Omni-Channel, Flows, automation, and AI-assisted service architectures.




Establish architecture governance, standards, and technical best practices.
Agentforce & AI
Architect Agentforce-powered service experiences, including agent actions, topics, and grounding strategies.
Design human-in-the-loop patterns and guardrails for AI-driven case handling.
Advise stakeholders on the appropriate use of Agentforce and generative AI within the service roadmap.
Technical Delivery & Governance
Lead technical design reviews, architecture walkthroughs, and solution sign-offs.
Mentor developers and technical consultants on implementation patterns and platform limits.
Oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
Own non-functional requirements covering performance, scalability, security, and data governance.
Support release management, environment strategy, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
