Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Marmagao.



This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with customers and partners, and driving sales growth for life insurance products. The role involves meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, presenting suitable insurance solutions, and closing sales in line with company goals. The Business Development Manager will coordinate with internal teams, track performance against targets, prepare regular sales and activity reports, and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance. The role also includes market research, participation in promotional activities, and continuous engagement with the local community to strengthen HDFC Life’s presence.
