Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Sohna. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting monthly and annual closing. The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.



The Accountant will collaborate with management and project teams to provide accurate financial data, support audits, and improve financial processes for the real estate operations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or real estate accounting tools is an advantage.
Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and basic audit procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/ACCA) are a plus.
Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
