About the Role
Eeshanya Infra is looking for a creative, passionate, and hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team and work closely with our Apartments business.
We’re looking for someone who can transform real estate projects, architectural visuals, campaign ideas, and property stories into high-quality visual content that attracts attention, builds the brand, and generates enquiries.

This is not just a design execution role. We’re looking for someone who understands real estate marketing, social media content, visual storytelling, and the importance of creating content that drives engagement and leads.
Key Responsibilities
? Graphic Design
Create high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Design social media posts, carousels, banners, campaign creatives, brochures,



flyers and marketing collaterals.
Develop creatives for apartment launches, offers, campaigns, events and project promotions.
Maintain consistency with Eeshanya’s brand identity, visual language and design standards.
Work with property images, floor plans, master plans, architectural renders and project information to create compelling marketing creatives.
? Video Editing
Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos for residential projects.
Create property walkthroughs, project teasers, lifestyle videos, customer-focused content and campaign videos.
Edit raw footage from site visits, events, project shoots and marketing campaigns.
Add transitions, typography, music, subtitles, sound effects and basic motion graphics.
Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form content pieces.
? Social Media Content
Create content specifically optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
