We are now looking to onboard an experienced HR / Talent / People leader as a Co-Founder & Strategic Partner to help shape the HR ecosystem, business strategy and market adoption of IdentityIn.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional HR position.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial HR professional who wants to participate in building a venture from the ground up and potentially become part of the founding team.
The ideal partner will bring a combination of:

Investment capability or willingness to participate as a strategic investor will be an added advantage.
Your Mission
As Co-Founder & Strategic HR Partner, you will help IdentityIn build its HR, Talent and Future-of-Work ecosystem, while contributing to overall business strategy and growth.
You will work closely with the Founder to:
Shape IdentityIn's HR and talent proposition.
Build relationships with HR leaders and CHRO communities.
Develop corporate partnerships.
Create solutions relevant to employers and recruiters.
Build the mentor, coach and HR expert ecosystem.
Identify new HRTech and Future-of-Work opportunities.
Develop B2B and enterprise business opportunities.
Support market validation and product-market fit.
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of IdentityIn.
