The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting process improvement and next‑generation wind turbine process research. You will develop process schemes, compile and optimize process documentation, and drive the development and introduction of tooling, auxiliary materials and production equipment. Throughout the whole manufacturing‑oriented work cycle, you will ensure all process‑related deliverables satisfy production, quality and cost requirements for wind‑turbine complete‑machine manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for process improvement and research on current‑generation processes.
Take charge of process scheme design, compilation and optimization of process documents.
Manage the development and introduction of materials including tools, auxiliary materials and equipment.
Formulate, verify and approve working‑hour quotas and auxiliary‑material consumption quotas.




Undertake process planning, capacity planning and production‑line layout design.
Analyze and resolve process‑related quality issues on site.

Qualifications
Full‑time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Material Processing or related disciplines.
Practical working experience in final‑assembly process within machinery manufacturing industry.
Prior experience in sub‑assembly / final‑assembly process for wind‑turbine OEMs is preferred.
Solid competence in process development and design.
Proficient in drawing and CAD software tools.
Prior experience as process development representative for complete‑machine products is preferred.
