Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations / Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, transportation management, inventory control, and transit insurance claims. The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise in ERP systems (QAD), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office tools, ensuring operational excellence and seamless supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:



Manage daily warehouse activities including inbound/outbound logistics, storage optimization, and compliance with safety standards.
Transportation Management: Oversee fleet operations, route planning, vendor coordination, and timely delivery performance.
Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and implement min-max inventory controls.
Transit Insurance Claims: Handle documentation, claim filing, and coordination with insurers for damaged or lost goods.
ERP & WMS: Utilize QAD ERP and WMS platforms for order processing, tracking, and reporting.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics for management review.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor warehouse/logistics staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and continuous improvement.
