Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Solar Specialist, based in Kolkata. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of solar energy systems, provide expert advice on energy solutions, and ensure project completion within set timelines. Responsibilities include evaluating client energy needs, conducting site assessments,



and supervising project executions while maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Solar Power, Solar Systems, and familiarity with the Solar Industry
Knowledge of Solar Energy and Power Generation concepts
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to renewable energy systems
Excellent project management and communication abilities
Understanding of energy regulations, compliance requirements, and safety protocols
Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Past experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable

Salary
10k -20k - Depending on experience & performance.
Incentives based on project completion, project handling, based on performance.
