Role Description The Test Driver at Gurudev Motors – Skoda Cars Workshop Guindy is responsible for conducting test drives of vehicles before and after service or repair to verify roadworthiness, performance, and safety. In this full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



the Test Driver will assess vehicle handling, braking, engine performance, and other key functions, and accurately report findings to service advisors and technicians. The position involves following standard test-drive procedures, adhering to all traffic rules and safety regulations, and maintaining clear documentation of test results. The Test Driver will coordinate with workshop teams to support diagnosis of issues, confirm the quality of completed repairs, and help ensure high customer satisfaction through reliable and secure vehicle delivery.
