Role Description The Executive – PL – Emerging role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chaibasa. In this role, the individual will manage and grow the Personal Loan (PL) portfolio within emerging markets by identifying potential customers, explaining product features and perks, and supporting them through the application process.



The position involves daily customer interaction, document collection and verification, coordination with internal teams for credit assessment, and ensuring timely disbursal of loans. The executive will monitor portfolio performance, follow up on repayments, and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also includes preparing basic reports, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to local marketing and outreach activities to increase customer acquisition.
Qualifications

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of lending products, retail finance, or NBFC operations, especially personal loans.
Comfort with field work, on-site customer visits, and working in emerging or semi-urban markets.
Proficiency in using computers and mobile applications for data entry, documentation, and repo
