Role Description The Transport Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for overseeing daily transport and delivery operations. This role includes planning delivery routes, allocating vehicles and drivers, and monitoring schedules to ensure timely and efficient two-person home deliveries.



The Transport Coordinator will liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues, handle delivery exceptions, and support a smooth customer experience. The position involves maintaining accurate transport records, tracking performance KPIs, and ensuring compliance with safety and transport regulations. The coordinator will also support continuous process improvements, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to a cooperative and performance-driven environment.
Qualifications
