Executive, Analytics & Effectiveness

Shift: 1pm - 9pm
We’re looking for an Executive to join the Analytics & Effectiveness team based in Mumbai, working with all the measurement requirements of the Insights team.
The Team - INSIGHTS at Blis
Not data, not analytics, not research, but all of these things - plus human interpretation - to shorten the gap between what these data tell us, and the recommendations we can make to clients.
Purpose - Work with Sales to win recent business, retain these clients, and grow their spend with us.
Principles - Be useful (solve client challenges), be interesting (use our data and expertise to tell them something they don’t know), and be honest (understand our data, in order to use it appropriately).
Process - Observation (data + context) → Interpretation (what does it say?) → Implication (what does it mean? So what?) → Recommendation (what should I do?)
Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day management of Analytics and Measurement requirements within the Insights team, inclusive of but not limited to:
Working on different measurement and effectiveness solutions of Blis.
Help in programming of surveys and the maintenance of internal tracking dashboards.
Assist in the end-to-end execution of research projects, ensuring data integrity by performing rigorous quality checks on raw datasets
Collate data to help build reports for the broader team based on the reports.
Work closely within the Analytics & Effectiveness team to prepare other bespoke market, category, or client-specific projects.
What you bring:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or computer-related field (mathematics, statistics, engineering, research, computer science, etc.)
Experience: 0–1 years of experience (preferably in research/insights/analytics)
Personal skills
Attention to detail is crucial throughout the workflow, from brief-taking, to set-up, and output. We’re looking for someone unafraid of big data sets,
