Role Description The AI and Data Science Trainer will deliver classroom-based training sessions in Mashrakh, providing full-time, on-site instruction on core concepts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.



Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, delivering interactive lectures and demonstrations, and guiding learners through hands-on projects, coding exercises, and assessments. The trainer will evaluate learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in understanding complex concepts in statistics, mathematics, and programming. Additional tasks include aligning course content with industry standards, maintaining accurate training records, collaborating with the academic team to improve curricula, and participating in workshops or faculty development programs. The role also involves mentoring learners on career pathways in AI and data science and promoting an inclusive, engaging, and outcomes-focused learning setting.
