Role Description
The Inventory Head is a full-time, on-site role based at Gems Paradise in Jaipur. This role oversees end-to-end inventory management for gemstones, finished jewelry, and raw materials, ensuring accurate stock levels, secure handling, and timely availability for production and sales. Responsibilities include setting inventory policies, managing stock audits, supervising receiving and dispatch processes,



and maintaining inventory records within relevant systems. The Inventory Head collaborates closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to optimize stock turnover, minimize discrepancies, and support smooth operations. The role also includes leading an inventory team, implementing best practices, and upholding quality and security standards aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Qualifications
Robust Supply Chain Management and Procurement skills to plan, source, and control inventory effectively.
Operations Management experience to streamline stock processes, audits, and warehouse/stockroom workflows.
Proven Team Leadership capabilities to train, guide, and motivate inventory staff in a high-value, detail-focused environment.
Customer Service orientation to support sales and client-facing teams with accurate, timely stock information and availability.
