Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Associate with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or logistics fulfillment workplace. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day inbound and outbound movement, coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and carriers, manage inventory health across fulfillment centers, and optimize fulfillment workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leverages data to solve delivery bottlenecks, and ensures high customer satisfaction through seamless order dispatches.
Key Responsibilities1. Daily Logistics & Carrier Management
Outbound Coordination: Monitor daily order queues across multi-channel fulfillment platforms (Amazon FBA, Shopify, Quick Commerce, etc.) to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
Carrier SLA Management: Liaise with local and regional 3PL logistics partners, couriers, and freight forwarders to manage SLAs, pickup schedules, transit times, and delivery performance.
Exceptions & Escalations: Identify and resolve dispatch failures, delayed shipments,



unlinked orders, and damaged/lost inventory issues in real time.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Operations
Stock Replenishment: Track multi-channel inventory levels to coordinate inbound stock movements between main warehouses, regional hubs, and fulfillment centers (e.g., FBA / Dark Stores) to prevent stockouts.
Warehouse Systems (WMS/ERP): Record and update all inbound receipts, dispatches, stock transfers, and adjustments in the company’s ERP / Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Audits & Reconciliations: Conduct routine physical inventory audits, reconciliation of physical vs. system stock, and shrinkage analysis.
3. Reverse Logistics & Return Processing
Return Authorization: Oversee the end-to-end Return To Origin (RTO) and customer return processes.
Quality Check & Sorting: Coordinate with warehouse teams to inspect returned merchandise, categorize items (resellable, refurbish, liquida
