Role Description The Executive Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar, India, responsible for driving sales growth for Nirmaan Pipes within the assigned territory. This role includes identifying and developing recent business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers, and supporting channel partners to increase product reach. The Executive Sales Officer will handle lead generation, follow up on inquiries, conduct product presentations,



and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily activities also involve monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and sales operations data, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and maintain strong brand presence.
Qualifications
Customer-facing skills: candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication abilities to engage with clients and partners effectively.
Business development skills: candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations experience to build pipelines and manage the sales process.
