Role Description The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business leads for Healthocare Private Limited. This hybrid position is based in Hyderabad, with a combination of office-based and work-from-home arrangements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets and organizations, building and maintaining lead lists, and reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and digital channels. The Lead Generation Executive will schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, update and manage CRM records, and track lead conversion metrics. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales colleagues to refine lead generation strategies, support campaigns, and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional email and phone etiquette.
Experience in prospecting and lead generation, with the ability to research markets, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads against defined criteria.
Comfort with CRM and data management tools, including maintaining accurate records, updating pipelines, and generating basic reports.
