The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized Program Operations Executive/Senior Executive. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of PDI, taking end-to-end ownership of training data dashboards, financial tracking, logistics execution, vendor relations, and procurement workflows.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Training Reports & Dashboard Management
● Data Governance & Integrity: Build and maintain error-free, on-time tracking systems and dashboards across Excel sheets and digital platforms (Platform Elevate / LMS).
● Comprehensive Reporting: Record, analyze, and publish consolidated data for all training programs—including attendance records, pre/post-assessment analysis, feedback surveys, and ongoing support interventions.
● SLA Adherence: Ensure all observation logs, participant performance records, and progress reports are published strictly within established TATs/SLAs.
2. Financial Reporting & Tracking
● Revenue & Expense Tracking: Maintain real-time logs of incoming program reve
