Role Description The Motor Claim Assessor is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves evaluating motor insurance claims, reviewing vehicle damage reports, and verifying supporting documentation to determine claim validity and appropriate resolutions. The Motor Claim Assessor will collaborate with internal teams, repair workshops, and insurance partners to ensure accurate assessments and timely claim processing. Daily responsibilities include analyzing claim details,



documenting findings in line with company standards, and communicating clear decisions and recommendations. The role also requires adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality benchmarks while providing a consistent, fair, and efficient claims experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Claims Management and Claims Handling skills, with experience managing end-to-end motor insurance claims.
