Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser based in Tiruppur. The Junior Merchandiser will assist in managing product development, from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients and suppliers, tracking and updating order schedules, monitoring production processes, and supporting the senior merchandising team with operational tasks and client communications.
The role involves regular interaction with various stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency in delivering high-quality products.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Customer Service experience, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries efficiently
Marketing skills to support promotional activities and enhance brand awareness
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills to manage schedules and multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for efficient documentation and reporting
Experience in the textile, apparel, or export industry is an advantage
