Job Title: Senior Executive – Education & Skilling

Job Purpose
The Senior Executive – Education & Skilling will support education and skilling initiatives through policy research, stakeholder engagement, program and event management, partnership development, and advocacy. The role involves collaborating with government, industry, academia, and development partners to deliver impactful programs, support revenue generation, and ensure effective coordination, reporting, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct policy research, prepare knowledge products, and support advocacy initiatives in education and skilling.
Build and manage relationships with government, industry, academia, development partners, and members.
Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of education and skilling programs and projects.
Support in planning and executing conferences, workshops, webinars, consultations,



and other stakeholder engagement events.
Contribute to business development, partnerships, sponsorship acquisition, membership growth, and revenue generation.
Maintain MIS, analyse data, prepare reports and presentations, and support communication, digital outreach, and administrative coordination.
Education and Experience
Master’s degree or higher in Development Studies, Education, Public Policy, or a related field, with robust understanding of education, skilling, and policy ecosystems.
3-5 years’ experience in Program management, event management, research and documentation.
Skills
Ability to build and manage partnerships with government agencies, industry, academia, and multilateral organizations at national and international levels.
Experience in designing and executing programs, capacity-building initiatives, conferences, and events, ensuring effective delivery and measurable outcomes.
