Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the planning, design, and execution of residential and mixed-use housing projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with local regulations and standards. This full-time, in office role in Mysore involves preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
The role includes collaborating with architects, project managers, contractors, and consultants to align designs with project goals, budgets, and timelines. The Senior Civil Engineer will conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and address technical issues to maintain quality and adherence to approved plans. The individual will also mentor junior engineers, support project documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices within Astor.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and applied Civil Engineering principles for residential and urban infrastructure projects.
Experience leading and collaborating with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary project teams in planning and execution phases.
