JOB SUMMARY:
The candidate will be primarily responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the Biodigester – Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant (PSTP). The role involves promoting the Biodigester solutions, expanding market presence, developing current business opportunities, and achieving the company’s sales and profitability objectives. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with sourcing channels, customers, and business partners. The ideal candidate should be a self-driven professional with the ability to independently identify opportunities, generate leads, close business deals, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement & Business Development
Drive sales activities for Biodigester and Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant (PSTP) solutions.
Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Channel Partner Development & Management




Identify potential channel partners, including Architects, MEP Consultants, Environmental Consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
Establish and manage empanelment of channel partners to expand market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate consistent business opportunities.
Market Development & BTL Activities
Identify opportunities for Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Actively participate in exhibitions, customer meets, technical presentations, seminars, and other promotional activities.
Support brand-building initiatives in the assigned market.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance overall customer experience.
Act as a point of contact for customers and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
