MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
* 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree in a technology or a business related field.
* Experience in designing AI interfaces that handle latency and failures
gracefully, with preferred experience in HR product management.
* Ability to design quantitative frameworks that track real-time model
performance, grounding accuracy, system degradation, and hallucination rates.
* Ability to lead complex, ambiguous technical initiatives and aligning
high-profile, cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
* Deep technical fluency in generative AI mechanics.
