We're Hiring: Growth & Business Development Associate (Legal EdTech)
Help us build the future of legal education.

EBC Learning is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial and creative Growth & Business Development Associate to help grow our legal education ecosystem, including MyStudio—our platform for universities and educators—and our expanding portfolio of courses for students and professionals.
This is not a conventional sales or marketing role. You'll work across business development, digital marketing, content marketing and customer growth, helping us reach universities, educators and learners.

What you'll do

Business Development
● Build relationships with universities, law schools, faculty and institutional partners.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
● Generate current business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
● Build partnerships with organisations, institutions and professional bodies.
● Represent EBC Learning at conferences, workshops and academic events.

Growth & Digital Marketing
● Plan and manage email marketing campaigns.




● Lead marketing campaigns for our B2C courses to increase enrolments.
● Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.
● Develop and execute content marketing campaigns.
● Plan webinars, promotional campaigns and online events.
● Track campaign performance using analytics and recommend improvements.

Content & Community
● Manage our student-led legal blog, coordinating with student contributors and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule.
● Grow readership through high-quality content and audience engagement.
● Promote EBC Learning courses through relevant articles, newsletters, banners, calls-to-action and internal links.
● Repurpose blog content for newsletters, social media and other marketing channels.
● Work closely with our product and content teams to identify customer needs and improve our offerings.
