SOLARA is a rapid-growing D2C home & kitchen products brand selling premium drinkware, cookware, and small kitchen appliances. We operate across 10+ channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify D2C, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).

Job Summary: As a Category Operations Associate at SOLARA Home, you will manage end-to-end catalog listings, multi-channel inventory, and FBA fulfillment across platforms like Amazon and Blinkit. You'll drive operational growth by optimizing promos, analyzing sales performance, coordinating with 3PL logistics, and ensuring high-quality customer support.

Manage Product Listings: Responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing
product listings across various eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Blinkit,
etc.), including A+ content. This involves ensuring accurate product descriptions,
competitive pricing, and high-quality images to drive sales. I also create content and fix any
listing-related errors to maintain listing quality and compliance.

Order Processing & Fulfillment: Daily,



we manage the end-to-end order processing cycle,
including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery. We also
handle issues related to returns, exchanges, and order discrepancies. Additionally, I manage
third-party logistics and coordinate with them to resolve any issues such as unlinked orders
or stock discrepancies.

Customer Support: We need to provide responsive customer service by addressing the
inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing customer feedback through email, phone, and
live chat platforms, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Inventory Management: Daily, monitor stock levels across multiple sales channels,
ensuring accurate inventory updates to prevent stockouts. I also coordinate with suppliers to
maintain product availability. In addition, I handle FBA shipments and work closely with
the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatches and stock replenishment.
