Role Description You will be part of the Growth Team, where you'll learn what it takes to scale channels, build relationships, win customers, and drive growth at one of India's leading crypto and digital assets investment platforms. Building strategies,



talking to real customers, solving real problems, and making a real impact from Day 1.

Key focus
1. Own the function of the channel you'll work in. It could be partnerships, product marketing, customer success, or influencer marketing.
2. Connect with prospective customers/KOLs/affiliates and help them get started on their trading journey with Mudrex.
3. Build relationships through conversations, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
4. Learn how customer acquisition and partnerships work inside a high-growth fintech startup.
5. Work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
