THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an HR qualified who can independently manage day-to-day HR functions while contributing to the development and improvement of our HR systems and processes.

HR Operations & Administration

HR Policies & Process Implementation





Continuous Improvement of HR Systems

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5–8 years of relevant HR experience

Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations

Proven experience in performance management and employee engagement

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented approach

Qatar HR experience will be an advantage
