Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance Account is a full-time, in office role based in Tada. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining ledgers, reconciling statements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing. The role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets,



ensuring compliance with internal controls, and coordinating with auditors and banking partners as needed. The Assistant Manager Finance Account will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to support pricing, billing, and collection processes, and will help address customer and vendor account queries. This role also includes supervising junior team members, optimizing workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement in financial processes.
Qualifications
Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Account Management, with experience handling ledgers, reconciliations, and billing.
Customer Service and Sales awareness to support client accounts, invoicing, and collections.
Team Management capabilities, including guiding junior staff and coordinating cross-functional work.
