Role Description The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads through research, outreach, and follow-up across multiple channels. Daily activities include conducting market research, building and maintaining prospect lists,



initiating contact via phone, email, and messaging platforms, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales or recruitment team. The Lead Generation Executive will track lead activity in CRM tools, prepare basic reports on lead performance, and collaborate with consultants to refine targeting strategies. The role also involves maintaining professional communication with prospects, nurturing relationships, and supporting campaigns that drive consistent lead flow.
Qualifications
