Position - Fleet Supervisor
Experience - 1 - 2 years in Fleet Supervising
Location - Okhla, New Delhi

Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage and oversee the operations of company-owned and vendor fleets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth vehicle movement, manage drivers and vendors efficiently, maintain accurate records, and optimize routing and dispatch to support seamless logistics operations across Delhi-NCR.

Roles and responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of company-owned and vendor fleets.
Hire, train, and manage drivers as well as vendor vehicles.
Monitor vehicle movement, ensure timely dispatches, and resolve on-ground operational issues.




Maintain accurate fleet, driver, and trip records using Excel & Google Sheets.
Plan efficient routing and scheduling to optimize operations.
Generate and share daily/weekly reports with management.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in managing drivers and vendor fleets.
Robust knowledge of Delhi-NCR logistics routes and ground-level operations.
Working knowledge of basic Excel & Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead field teams.
