Job Description:
Looking for an application specialist to play a crucial role in promoting and supporting our cutting-edge molecular diagnostic products, primarily our cytogenetic solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of molecular biology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate and assist healthcare professionals in the effective use of our diagnostic solutions. He/She will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's molecular diagnostic products and their applications in the field of cytogenetics
Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in molecular diagnostics.
Customer Support:
Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals, laboratory personnel, and sales teams.
Address and resolve customer inquiries,
issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for promoting molecular diagnostic products.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and its products.
Helping the Sales Team to achieve the targets for the molecular products.
Product Development:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
Work with the product management and R&D; teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements.
Training and Education:
Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external customers.
