? Hiring: Assistant Manager – Accounts
? Location: Poman, Vasai (East), Maharashtra
? Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
⏰ Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Manager – Accounts to join our team at Poman, Vasai.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Handle billing, entries, reconciliations and basic MIS reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements.
• Handle employee attendance records and coordinate with HR for attendance-related matters.
• Support HR activities such as employee documentation, leave records and other HR coordination.
• Prepare regular reports and MIS as required by management.




• Work closely with the HR Head and other department heads for administrative and employee-related activities.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and reporting activities.
Requirements:
• Graduate in Commerce / B.Com preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Valuable communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
