About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and concept-driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Inkcast Innovations. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, a valuable understanding of branding and social media design, and the ability to independently translate creative briefs into high-quality visual content.
You will work across multiple brands and industries, creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also aligned with each brand's identity, communication style, and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, banners, advertisements, and campaign assets
Develop creative concepts based on client briefs, content calendars, and campaign objectives
Work on branding requirements including visual identity, typography, layouts, colour systems, and brand consistency
Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites,



and digital campaigns
Adapt existing designs into multiple formats and platform specifications
Collaborate with Social Media Executives, Content Writers, Video Editors, and the Creative Team
Understand client requirements and convert ideas into visually strong designs
Research design references, industry trends, competitors, and emerging visual styles
Maintain consistency across all creatives developed for a particular brand
Handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Make revisions based on internal and client feedback without compromising design quality
Organise and maintain editable files, assets, fonts, and project folders properly
Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning, brainstorming, and internal discussions
Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Working knowledge
