✅ Customer support experience is an advantage, though not mandatory




✅ You’re a good communicator – both speaking and writing
✅ Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
✅ Fast learner and someone who genuinely cares
✅ Basically, someone I’d trust with our customers
