We are looking for an experienced BDM(Team Leader- IT sales) with strong expertise in International Website Sales, team management, and deal closure to join our growing sales team.

Position: BDM(Team Leader- IT sales)
Location: Kolkata, Sector V
Shift: US Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off
Experience: 3+ Years in International Website Sales
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the Website Sales team.
• Drive team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle international clients and support successful deal closures.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Monitor team KPIs and overall sales performance.




• Handle client escalations and provide sales support.
• Maintain daily and weekly sales performance reports.
• Manage CRM activities and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in International Website Sales.
• Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
• Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good understanding of Website Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Services.
• Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
