What You'll Do
Lead Customer Success Operations
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team,



ensuring consistent performance and service excellence.
Manage daily operations across customer support, NDR follow-ups, delayed deliveries, escalations, and post-purchase interactions.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
Create seamless omnichannel customer experiences across WhatsApp, Email, Calls, Social Media, and other support channels.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy, speed, and professionalism while ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Build long-term customer trust through proactive communication and personalized support.

Drive Customer Retention
Build and optimize customer profiles, engagement journeys, and retention campaigns using CRM platforms.
Identify customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
