What We’re Looking For:
• 3–4 years of proven digital marketing / advertising agency experience – mandatory
• Ability to understand any brand, category, audience and business objective
• Strong ability to create digital marketing, social media and campaign strategies
• Can convert client briefs and business challenges into actionable marketing plans
• Excellent client servicing, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to pitch ideas and confidently convert opportunities into business
• Experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, content, campaigns and digital trends
• Can coordinate with creative, content, influencer and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable taking complete ownership of accounts
