Role description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Associate – Art at VOLUME. The person will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual communication across various mediums, including print, digital, and audio-visual platforms.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with creative directors, account executives, and planners to understand the creative client brief
Brainstorm with a copywriter to create innovative, ground-breaking concepts for print, OOH, radio, digital, and television that strategically deliver within the confines of the client's brief
Amend, revise, or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or clients
Interact with, present to, and explain creative concepts both internally and to clients as required at all levels
Provide concept development for and participate in new business pitches as needed




Keep up to date with popular culture and awareness about events around the globe
Ability to handle rejection and negative feedback

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
Solid portfolio showcasing creative design work.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt designs based on feedback.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
