About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems. The candidate should have strong exposure to Siemens PLCs, SCADA configuration, system validation, and on-site commissioning activities in regulated industrial environments.
The Automation Engineer will be responsible for developing, programming, debugging, and troubleshooting PLC applications using Siemens PLC platforms (S7-1200 and S7-1500) with TIA Portal.





Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain SCADA systems using WinCC, including graphics, alarms, trends, batch reports, and audit trail functionalities.
Handle Siemens automation products such as PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500), HMIs, Industrial PCs (IPC 39A, IPC 427E), SCADA, WinCC, batch reporting, and audit trail systems.
Implement user management, role-based access control, and data integrity features in PLC and SCADA systems.
Design, review, and supervise control panel wiring, field wiring, and I/O allocation.
Inspect control panel fabrication, conduct panel testing, loop checking, and support commissioning activities.
Calibrate, integrate, and test process instruments such as pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters with PLC/SCADA systems.
Design, configure, and maintain industrial communication networks including Profibus, Profinet, and Modbus TCP/IP.
