CAP-INDEX is a Kerala-based financial services company established in 2019, providing investment and wealth-management solutions across Equity, Commodities, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, and Insurance.
We are looking for a Business Development Officer who is confident, relationship-oriented, and motivated by building a strong career in financial services.
? What You'll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads and acquire new clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet prospective clients and understand their financial needs
Present CAP-INDEX's financial products and services professionally
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business
Contribute to business growth within your assigned territory

? What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development
Bachelor's degree minimum
Experience in financial products is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated




Confident in meeting clients and developing relationships
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Malayalam communication skills are essential
English communication skills are an added advantage

? No Financial-Market Background? That's Okay.
Comprehensive product and industry training will be provided.
We are looking for people with the right sales mindset, communication skills, and willingness to learn. Financial-services experience is preferred but not mandatory.
