Qualification:
Recent LLB graduates
Interest and basic knowledge in Intellectual Property Rights, especially Trademarks, Copywrights and Patent filings.
Role Summary:
RegisterKaro is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IPR Associate to join our legal and
compliance team. This is an excellent chance for law graduates who want to build a career
in the field of trademark filing and prosecution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting trademark searches, drafting, and filing trademark applications
with the Indian Trade Marks Registry.
Support in trademark prosecution matters, including examination report responses,
show cause hearings, and client coordination.
Prepare legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Affidavits, and assignment deeds.
Maintain accurate records of filings, deadlines, and client portfolios.
Liaise with clients and internal teams for updates, follow-ups, and documentation.
Stay updated with amendments in the Trade Marks Act and developments in Indian IP
