Role Description The Instructor for Lab role is a full-time, on-site position based at the RNS Institute of Technology campus in Bengaluru. The instructor will supervise and guide students during laboratory sessions, demonstrate experiments, ensure safe and proper use of equipment, and maintain an organized lab environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lab materials, assisting with practical assignments, clarifying concepts related to lab work,



and supporting faculty in integrating lab activities with the curriculum. The role also involves monitoring student performance in the lab, enforcing safety protocols, documenting lab usage, and coordinating with technical staff for maintenance and inventory of laboratory resources. The instructor will contribute to continuous improvement of lab practices to enhance hands-on learning and student outcomes.
Qualifications
