Job Description: Senior Manager – Corporate Sales (MICE)

About the Role:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Senior Manager – Corporate Sales to drive business growth across our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) vertical. The ideal candidate should possess a strong corporate network, extensive experience in B2B sales, event management, and MICE operations, along with the ability to acquire and manage large corporate accounts. This role requires someone who can independently generate business by meeting corporate clients, building long-term partnerships, and delivering end-to-end corporate travel and event solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive corporate sales by acquiring new B2B clients and developing long-term relationships.
• Meet CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, and Decision Makers across corporate organizations for business development and strategic tie-ups.
• Generate MICE business for domestic and international destinations.
• Lead end-to-end corporate event planning and execution,



including Conferences, Incentive Trips, Annual Offsites, Leadership Meets, Reward & Recognition Programs, and Team Outings.
• Manage complete event operations, including vendor coordination, venue sourcing, logistics, budgeting, travel, accommodation, and on-ground execution.
• Independently handle corporate groups ranging from 200 to 500+ participants.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, costing, and negotiations for corporate clients.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, event vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
• Represent the organization during client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
