Business HeadRole Overview
The Business Head is responsible for driving the overall growth, profitability, and operational excellence of LIVXS. This role owns the business across all verticals ensuring every department functions as one cohesive unit.Business Head is expected to own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure—while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities across all LIVXS verticals.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Identify high-value corporate clients, agencies, brands, startups, manufacturers, hospitality groups, educational institutions, and event partners.
2. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Set monthly, quarterly,



and annual revenue targets in consultation with the CEO.
Allocate leads strategically based on team strengths, experience, and business priorities.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review pipeline, conversions, follow-ups, and upcoming opportunities.
Monitor individual performance, provide coaching, and identify training needs to improve sales effectiveness.
Ensure timely follow-ups, disciplined sales processes, and high conversion rates across the team.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate team performance through KPIs and recommend rewards, corrective actions, or performance improvement plans where required.
3. Target Achievement & Revenue Growth
Take complete ownership of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
