Job Description
As a Purchase Executive at Prockured, you will be responsible for sourcing products from suitable vendors, comparing quotations, negotiating prices, coordinating purchase requirements, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify suitable vendors based on product requirements.
• Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement records.
• Coordinate with vendors for product availability and order confirmation.




• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain updated vendor details, pricing, and product information.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and accounts teams for purchase requirements.
• Verify product specifications, quantities, and pricing before order placement.
• Handle urgent sourcing requirements and identify alternative vendors when required.
• Resolve vendor-related issues including delays, shortages, or incorrect supplies.
• Maintain purchase trackers and reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
