Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Belgaum. The individual in this role will manage relationships with partner preschools, ensuring smooth implementation of Kreedo’s solutions and high levels of partner satisfaction.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with school owners and administrators, understanding their needs, and providing guidance on curriculum use, materials, training, and processes. The Account Manager will track account performance, handle queries and concerns, and work closely with internal teams to support onboarding, training, and ongoing service delivery. This role also involves identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and contributing feedback to improve Kreedo’s offerings.

Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and account servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Experience in education services, preschool operations, or early childhood solutions, with an understanding of curriculum and training support.
