Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive sales across both SaaS products and IT services.
This role requires someone who can:
Understand client requirements
Recommend the right solution (product or service)
Manage the complete sales cycle (lead → demo → closure)
This is a closing-focused role, not just lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage inbound & outbound leads
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
Conduct SaaS demos and service-based discussions
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals independently
Build long-term client relationships




Collaborate with internal teams for execution
Maintain pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
Core Requirement (Important)
Robust in at least one domain:
SaaS Sales (product-based selling)
IT Services Sales (custom solutions)
Comfortable handling the other domain with basic understanding
Required Skills
1–5 years of experience in IT Sales / SaaS Sales / Software Services Sales
Strong English communication (verbal & written)
Proven deal-closing experience (mandatory)
Ability to understand business requirements and suggest solutions
Solid negotiation & presentation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Skills
Experience handling international clients (US/UAE/Global)
Consultative / solution-selling approach
Who Should NOT Apply
Candidates with only lead generation / appointment setting experience
Candidates without direct deal-closing experience
Candidates not comfortable communicating
