We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, acquiring current clients, and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing agency.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills with an understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Identify businesses that require digital marketing services.
Contact decision-makers, founders, marketing heads, and business owners.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and online/offline meetings with prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service packages.




Consistently follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline/CRM.
Develop strategies to achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with SEO, PPC, social media, creative, and development teams for client requirements.
Track leads, conversion rates, sales performance, and revenue.
Research competitors, industries, and new business opportunities.
