Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Design HVAC systems including Chilled Water, VRV/VRF, ventilation, exhaust and pressurization systems.
Perform heat load, duct sizing, pipe sizing, ESP and airflow calculations.
Select HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps and cooling towers.
Prepare HVAC layouts, technical drawings, schematics and BOQs.
Review project/tender specifications and prepare technical submittals.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and other engineering teams.
Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.
Ensure designs comply with relevant HVAC standards.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of HAP, Carrier or equivalent HVAC load calculation software.
Good understanding of HVAC ducting, piping and ventilation systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Good coordination and communication skills.
